Repayment of Suspended Transit Funds Uncertain

The California Transit Association has been tracking the legal battle over state transit funds, which were diverted in past years to provide General Fund relief. The most recent Sacramento Superior Court decision found that much of the recent diversion was legal and that most of these funds need not be repaid to transit operators.
